Luma Cove orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) and ship via UPS Ground or a comparable ground service depending on fulfillment location and inventory availability.
Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days within the continental United States, though transit times are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We ship within the United States, and for international orders, please contact us directly prior to purchase so we can coordinate shipping options and rates.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Return Policy
Luma Cove accepts returns on Essential Kits, which may be processed through Amazon (if purchased there) or by contacting us directly through our website. Professional Series Kit returns are accepted subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging within the applicable return window. We do not accept returns for international orders or for orders shipped to Hawaii. For questions regarding return eligibility, please contact our support team prior to initiating a return.

Luma Cove is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, incorrect address information, or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon transfer of the order to the shipping carrier.

Luma Cove products must be installed and used in accordance with provided instructions and all applicable local building and electrical codes.
